FESCO NET BILLING
What Changed in 2026
On 9 February 2026, NEPRA ended net metering for new customers nationwide and introduced net billing, with surplus units bought back at roughly Rs 8–11 per unit on a 5-year contract. Existing net metering customers in Jhang keep their old terms. We submit and track the FESCO application for every new installation. Read our full net metering & net billing guide →
